Booking Automation Overview

This page offers a brief overview of the booking automation setup steps. Several pages require configuration - please review the linked pages for detailed instructions on each component.


These instructions are for properties using StarRez.

Steps

  1. Request Levart to enable Booking Automation for your property 

  2. Enable automation for each individual Room Type 
  3. Booking Automation page:
    1. Check rates are mapped to StarRez and finding a matching price. Contact unilodge@levart.com.au if you need assistance mapping rates
    2. Edit the guest interaction templates (emails) if required
  4. Create Transaction Templates 
  5. Booking Process Options - ensure Short Application Process is set and fields required for automation are selected
  6. Docusign Setup
  7. Stripe must be enabled. Contact unilodge@levart.com.au if this is not set up yet


Additional items to check:

  1. Stay Periods are set up correctly
  2. Rate Types are set up correctly

Once all of the above has been configured, automated bookings will be active. If any of these steps are not configured correctly, automation will not work and the application will need to be managed manually in StarRez.
