What is Levart?

Levart is the booking engine for UniLodge

How do I log in?

Enter your Login Name and Password provided by Levart or by your Property Manager

How do I set a new person up?

Create a new user in User Access

Here you will need to enter a Login Name, First Name, and Last Name

Select the relevant User Role

Enter a Password and Email

How do I set up a new room type?

Create a new Room Type in Room Types click on the + Room button

Tick Display on Website

Enter a Room Name

Enter a custom URL or click Auto

Add Room Brief Description, Room Description, Images and Maximum Guests In Room, Update now to save changes

Go back to Room Types and click on Properties of your new Room Type

Add Room Code, Alloc Qty, Alert Qty & Alert Email and Bedding allocation, submit to save

How do I set up a new lease/contract period?

Create a new Stay Period follow the instructions in this link: https://help.levart.com.au/unilodge/stay-periods-26673639.html

How do I receive applications?

Applications are received via email

Why are the rates for particular room types are not showing on the website?

Rooms may not display on the website if there is no inventory, Stay Periods are inactive or if the stay periods in Rate Types and Stay Periods do not match

Why is the from rate not showing?

From rates may not show due to caching

If the script has not been added by Head Office

If a Room Categories have been deleted, it will cause the From Rates to disappear

I have followed all the steps and fixed all the settings, but the rates are still not showing on the UniLodge website?

This could be due to caching you may need to wait for up to 1 hour to see changes on your website

Is there a way I could check the changes in real time?

You can check updates immediately on https://www.reserve.unilodge.com.au/

What is the recommend size and dimensions for images?

Recommended size requirements are 700 x 400 pixel and all images must be 1MB or less

Why can’t I select start date/end date on the website?

Dates cannot be changed if the stay periods are fixed

Why is there duplicated stay periods on the website?

Duplication occurs when a Rate Type falls within the parameters of multiple Stay Periods

I clicked on my property’s booking link that has a promo/agent code pre-populated, why are some rates not showing?

Rates may not be displaying if there is no inventory or the Stay Periods are inactive

Do I have to manually update an application status in Levart if it was rejected or cancelled?

Levart does not need to be updated

How do I pull an applications report?

You can pull an application report in Booking Control. Use the filters to set the parameters of what you would like in the report and click Download CSV

Is there I way I can schedule a new rate to show or expire?

Yes, this can be done in Rate Types > Availability > Enable Sell Period Restrictions. When this is enabled the rate will only be bookable during the dates and times set here

Why is there a WAITLIST ONLY label showing against a rate on the website?

The Waitlist Only label shows when there is not availability across every single day of the application being made. The Waitlist allows applications to still be made in this case

Stay period is showing, but why is there no room available?

If no rooms are displaying there is an issue within Rate Types, this could be MLOS or MaxLos. The rate may not be valid for the full stay period

How do I get a cross out discount feature showing on the website rate for a particular room type?
