  1. It has a sell period for the rate

  2. The sell period can be extended

  3. The Lease Agreement start date can be fixed for some properties

  4. The Lease Agreement start date will vary for some properties

  5. Properties tend to have fixed term Lease agreements (contracts) or variable

  6. Some properties have short stay from 4 to 16 weeks

  7. Some properties can lease for a week

  8. All Stay Periods Lease Agreements have set end dates

Understandings

  1. A 45 to 52-week rate can be sold in the sell period with the lease period between 52 and up to 45 weeks out. After the 45th week this rate is not available

  2. Similarly, 37 to 44-week rate will follow the same structure as the 45 to 52-week rate

  3. Semester Rates operate in the same way however are for a shorter stay period
