Site Information - Membership


Overview

This section can be used to generate membership lists where guests can receive emails and special offers advertised privately by the property. It gives guests the opportunity to sign up for special newsletters or promotional emails at the time of booking their accommodation.

NOTE: This function is NOT designed as a mailing list, and does not negate the need for an eMarketing system at property level. It is solely designed for opt-in/opt-out purposes and should not be expected to send high volume emails to clients.


Page Setup

Tick the Display box to ensure the page is visible on the live website.


Enter the name of the page into the Section Title. This is the name that will display on the website. 



In the Custom URL textbox, if you wish you can enter text that you would like the URL for this page to be (after the domain), or click AUTO for the system to automatically generate a relevant URL

When you open that page on your live site, the updated URL will appear in the address bar, page links, link hovers and breadcrumbs.

Both the original Levart link and the saved Custom URL will direct guests to that page, so existing links to that page will remain.

 

Enter any text/content into Membership Information Text, which will display on the live page above the membership form.

 

Header Slideshow

The Header Slideshow are the large image/s that display at the top of your website. 

Use the dropdown to:

  1. Select an already created gallery
  2. Create a new gallery
  3. Apply a single media file
  4. Use the default gallery (what is assigned to the Home page)

 

A gallery needs to be created for multiple images. If you only require one image in the header, select "Single Media File"


Click on ADD A NEW DOCUMENT to add a document to the page

 

Select the Membership Contacts - this is the contact that will receive an email notification 


The contacts here pull from the contacts that have been set up under Site Information > Contacts.


Once you have submitted your document and completed the text on the page, you can click UPDATE NOW.
