This is the introductory page of a website, typically serving as a table of contents for the content across the site. In Levart this page contains the sections that allow you to add images and text to the ‘first’ page of the site and, more importantly for our Booking engine and Channel control only clients; it contains the Home-Communication section.

Elements of the Home Page

Organisation name

Your hotels trading name. (The commonly used name.) The name in this textbox will display at the top of your Levart screen as follows:

Key words

Words that would be used to search for your hotel on the internet. E.g. your property name, location, brand and location. For all SEO please see SEO overrides section in the Marketing and Analysis header.

Organisation text

This content box allows you provide a general description of your hotel, add images, embed videos and pitch your unique selling proposition to your audience. There are no limits on the number of words that can be loaded into this section.

Header Slideshow

The Header Slideshow are the large image/s that display at the top of your website. 

Use the dropdown to:

1. Select an already created gallery
2. Create a new gallery
3. Apply a single media file

If your website theme includes a home page gallery, the "Gallery" selection will display:

Logo

This where the logo is uploaded. To upload a logo please email it to Levart at support@levart.com.au. Please note the logo needs to be loaded at a specific sized image. Please ask Levart Support for the size requirements for your theme.

Organisation ACN/RBN

Enter your company registration number.

Organisation ABN

Enter your Australian Business Number. This is a taxation requirement.

Please note removal of your ACN or ABN will render your booking engine or website inactive so please be cautious and ensure that this is always filled in.

Home > Communication

This section contains your property’s contact details. It is important to ensure this information is kept up to date so your guests always have a point of contact for the property. Levart will also use this information to contact you for support related issues.

1. ‘Toll Free’ – check this box if your hotel/property’s telephone number is a toll free call.
2. Phone Number Country Code - +61 for Australia, +64 for New Zealand
3. Phone Number Area Code/City.
4.  Phone Number – this should be the number you want general and booking enquiries directed to.
5. Email – Enter the email address you want reservations and enquiries to go through to.
6. Fax Number Country Code – should be the same as your Phone Number Country Code
7. Fax Number Area Code – should be the same as your Phone Number Area Code
8. Fax – should be 8 digits and should not include the area code again
9. Reservations number – Enter your direct reservations number if applicable.
10. Social Media link fields: In this section links to your individual social media pages can be added here. Icons for the social networks will then appear on the live site provided your Social Media icons display is activated.
