Convergent SU

To setup a new Convergent interface, please complete the form on this link: https://www.levart.com.au/globalconnect

Please note there are fees involved for setting up this interface

Once you have set up an account with Convergent, submit a request for them to connect to your Channel Manager Levart via STAAH.

Convergent will provide you with a Hotel ID number, please forward to support@levart.com.au along with the following:

Hotel ID
Levart Room Types to be mapped
Levart Rate Types to be mapped

Convergent rate plan feature

If for example you add a Superior Room with single or double occupancy, Convergent may ask you to map 4 x different rate plans. This means that you require 4 x different Rate Types in Levart (new ones may be required):

1 PAX Room Only
1 PAX Room & Breakfast
2 PAX Room Only
2 PAX Room & Breakfast
