Overview

TravelClick is what is known as a GDS (Global Distribution System) Hotels will use the GDS to distribute their rates to corporate and negotiated rate clientele. They often have many rates set up for individual clients, these are generally setup on the Travelclick system though rates can be linked directly from Levart via the Link editor. Using Pseudo rates(dummy rates) Levart is able to  provide inventory updates to Travelclick and also import bookings made on the GDS. 

Setup

Please contact Travelclick to setup an account . Once you have a Travelclick account Travelclick will contact us with the details required to make the connection. 

Travelclick will provide you with login details, If you receive the below Please send these details to Levart Support in order for us to create an interface with Travelclick

• Username
• Password

Levart Support will advise via email once the channel is ready for you to complete the linking as per below instructions.

Link Editor Instructions

To link your rooms and rates to TravelClick:

Go to CHANNEL CONTROL
Scroll to TRAVELCLICK
Click LINK EDITOR
When the Link Editor opens, click RELOAD ROOMS.  Offers will appear in the list as they have been created on TravelClick.

Then use the drop down boxes to match the room and the rate, and click Next and OK.

TIP:  do not click the RELOAD ROOMS button again unless you have clicked Next and OK, as this will reset your links without saving them

Once you have completed mapping, Levart will enable the channel for you.
