Setup

Please send Levart Support the following details or request Lido to send them directly to Levart Support:

• Username (this is the Hotel ID)
• Password

Levart Support will advise via email once the channel is ready for you to complete the linking as per below instructions.

Link Editor

Go to CHANNEL CONTROL
Scroll to LIDO
Click LINK EDITOR
When the Link Editor opens, click RELOAD ROOMS.  Offers will appear in the list as they have been created on Lido.

Then use the drop down boxes to match the room and the rate, and click Next and OK.

TIP:  do not click the RELOAD ROOMS button again unless you have clicked Next and OK, as this will reset your links without saving them

Lido has 2 rate plans that need to be mapped – Government Travel and LEADS. Please ensure you map Levart rates to both of these rates plans to ensure Lido updates correctly.

You may need to create a new duplicate rate as you are not able to map the same rate twice.

Please do not link the Lido "Other” rate -  Levart Support will map a Pseudo rate – this is for importing your bookings only, we do not send any rates or inventory.

Once you have completed mapping, Levart will enable the channel for you.
